FedEx Trade Networks is seeking a proactive AOG Desk professional to manage 24/7/365 coverage at the CDG FedEx HUB. You will handle international shipments, communicate with customers and carriers, and coordinate with back-office teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires strong English, French fluency, and knowledge of air transport regulations, along with experience in freight forwarding and ERP systems. Shift work and on-call duties may apply.

• Answer and handle customer requests per procedures and response times.
• Advise customers on restrictions (Weather/Geo-Political/Trade Compliance).
• Find suitable solutions for customer requests.
• Adhere to client SOPs and represent the client to carriers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and validate service quotes.
• Inform customers in real time and update Hand-Over instructions.
• Process national and international shipments in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Back Officers and FedEx Logistics network.
