FedEx Logistics is seeking a Front Officer to manage customer requests and ensure smooth AOG operations in a 24/7/365 rotating shift model at CDG FedEx HUB. The role emphasizes customer focus, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with carriers and internal teams.

You will handle national and international shipments, create ERP files, supervise Back Officers, negotiate with suppliers, and respond in real time to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in freight forwarding; AOG Desk experience is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of international logistics operations across multiple modes
• Fluency in English and French; other languages a plus
• Driving license required and vehicle autonomy

Responsabilités

• Answer and handle customer requests per procedures and response times
• Advise customers on potential restrictions (weather, geo-political, trade compliance)
• Find suitable solutions for customer requests
• Adhere to client SOPs
• Represent client to carriers and FedEx network, negotiate with suppliers
• Validate service quotes when needed and inform customers in real time
• Create files in internal ERP system and monitor KPIs
• Instruct and coordinate with Back Officers; maintain constant communication
• Handle complete processing of both national and international shipments
• Track AOGs and follow up on loading, pickup, and delivery confirmations
• Check files per the checklist and manage transport documents
• Update IT tools and manage dispute cases
• Supervise Back Officers and prioritize files; liaise with network
