Quobly, based in Grenoble, seeks an Analog RF & IC Designer to lead the architecture, design and implementation of high-frequency circuits for quantum applications. You will work closely with physicists, software engineers and material scientists to ensure qubit coherence and scalable integration.

• Significant experience in high-frequency RF design.
• Proficiency with Keysight ADS, Cadence SpectreRF, and EM solvers (HFSS, Momentum, EMX).

Responsabilités

• Design the RF block (LNA, PA, Mixers and VCO/PLL).
• Design matching networks (Impedance matching).
• Use Electromagnetic Simulation to model inductors, capacitors, and interconnects at high frequencies.
• Supervise or perform layout to manage parasitic capacitance, inductance, and substrate coupling.
• Manage the Signal Integrity to preserve qubit coherence.
• Design the RF Circuit, active and passive components.
• Collaborate with talented people in a culture of transparency and autonomy.
• As part of the product team, collaborate with the entire R&D team.

We are looking for a Analog RF & IC Designer.

As Analog RF & IC Designer, you will be responsible for developing the architecture, design, and implementation of high-frequency circuits.

Technical Challenges :

• You will design the RF Block (High Frequency Block: LNA, PA, Mixers and VCO/PLL
• You will design matching networks (Impedance matching)
• You will use Electromagnetic Simulation (2.5d/3DEM simulators) to model the effects of inductors, capacitors, and interconnects at high frequencies.
• You will supervise or perform the layout to manage parasitic capacitance, inductance, and substrate coupling.
• You will manage the Signal Integrity to preserve qubit coherence
• You will design the RF Circuit, active and passive components
• Collaborate with talented people in a culture of transparency and autonomy.
• As part of the product team, you'll work closely with the entire R&D team
• You hold Master’s degree or PhD (highly preferred) in RF/Microwave Engineering or Electromagnetics.
• You have significant experience in high-frequency RF design
• You 're proficient in the following tools: Keysight ADS or Cadence SpectreRF, EM Solvers (HFSS, Momentum, EMX).
• You have a Analytical mindset, scientific rigor and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (interacting with physicists, software engineers, and material scientists).
