C12 in Paris is seeking a Quantum RF Engineer to design and optimize on-chip microwave components for qubit control and readout. You will run EM simulations, contribute to cryogenic measurements and help integrate Python-based workflows.
The role supports a cutting-edge quantum computing program in a dynamic international team, with opportunities to work on PCB design and mechanical integration.
Founded in 2020 and based in Paris, C12’s mission is to be at the center of one of the biggest technological breakthroughs of the century and to change the course of history by building a universal quantum computer. C12 focuses on carbon nanotubes as the building blocks of quantum processors to reduce error rates, boost performance, and minimize hardware overhead, aiming for scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing. The company has raised funding, published scientific work, and built a diverse team with cutting-edge lab spaces in Paris.
If you’re passionate about shaping the future of quantum technology and want to make a real impact, C12 offers an environment to grow, learn, and innovate.
As Quantum RF Engineer, your main responsibility will be contributing to the design and optimization of passive and active on-chip microwave components for qubit control, qubit-qubit interfacing and qubit readout. You will perform EM and circuit simulations for individual components and integrated systems, along with contributions to cryogenic measurements for component and system performance verification.
Note: We welcome applicants even if you don’t meet all requirements. We are committed to finding the right fit and may adjust compensation based on skills and experience. Applications from women are especially welcomed.
