SITA is seeking a Field Operations professional to provide on-site IT support at customer locations, ensuring rapid response and adherence to SLAs. The role includes maintenance of equipment, collaboration with customer teams, and accurate reporting of field activities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in on-site IT support, experience with LAN/WAN, and a background in hardware installation and maintenance, with preference for airport/airline environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in onsite support activities and repairs of PCs, Printers and LAN/WAN equipment.
• Experience of working at Customer locations and delivering to SLAs.
• Airport/Airline industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide field operations support to internal and external customers per SLAs.
• Ensure correct functioning and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
• Perform onsite interventions for Service Desk requests within contractual SLAs.
