SITA is seeking a Field Operations professional to provide on-site maintenance and support at customer locations, ensuring the highest service levels. Responsibilities include maintaining IT equipment, coordinating with the Service Desk, and delivering timely resolutions to meet SLAs.

The role requires hands-on repair, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in onsite IT support, experience with PCs, printers, and network

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of onsite support and repair experience including PCs, printers and LAN/WAN equipment.
• Direct interaction with customers delivering to SLAs and working at customer locations.
• Airport/Airline industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide field operations support to internal and external customers per contract and SLAs.
• Ensure proper functioning of all customer IT equipment and services.
• Perform onsite interventions promptly when Service Desk requests arise and within SLAs.
