Job summary

Bigblue in Paris is seeking a Head of AI Enablement to drive an AI-first transformation across all teams. You will ship internal AI tools, coach AI champions, and scale AI engineers to multiply impact.

You’ll collaborate with Account management, Sales, Finance, Transportation, and Logistics to embed AI workflows, measure outcomes with dashboards, and tell Bigblue’s AI story externally through merchant pitches and events.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years in PM, product ops, BizOps, strategy, or engineering with AI delivery experience.
• Fluent in using AI to build, ship and transform work across teams.
• Ability to coach internal AI champions and embed AI templates.

Responsibilities

• Enable deployment of AI tools and internal AI products across teams.
• Surface value from the AI stack to non-engineering areas with successful enablement.
• Measure impact using AI dashboards and QA checks, iterate from feedback.
• Cultivate an AI-native culture and templates for team norms.
• Build AI infrastructure with data reliability and scalable AI skills.
