Job summary
monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant for our Paris Professional Services team. You will train, advise and optimize customer usage of our AI work platform during implementations or managed services engagements.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in implementation consulting or related roles.
- Hands-on software implementation and configuration experience.
- Experience using Generative AI tools to automate workflows.
- Experience with CRM/service desk/collaborative work management software.
- Strong PM and problem-solving grounded in systems thinking.
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation and implementation projects for customers.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Design workflows and relational data structures within monday.com.
- Leverage monday AI and external AI tools to accelerate design.
- Act as a project manager for small to medium projects with plans & budgets.
- Lead webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers.
- Advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap.
