Job summary

The Independents in Paris is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead training and adoption of a new AI-driven transformation program across our agency network. You will design engaging training content, plan communications, and coordinate rollout with strategy, IT and HR teams.

Key responsibilities include running the ambassador network, delivering sessions, tracking adoption via pulse checks, and supporting executive reporting on progress. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Genuine interest in digital and AI; no deep technical skills required.
• Structured, organized, and able to own calendars and deliverables.
• Proactive, autonomous; ready to contribute ideas and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the training and communications strategy per user profile/agencies.
• Build and maintain adoption toolkit (guides, cards, videos) for agency use.
• Own the communications and training calendar (launches, nudges, follow-ups).
• Run ambassador network sessions; support and engage users across agencies.
• Track adoption, surface blockers, and support executive reporting.
