Job summary

Trustpair in Paris is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager for AI & Strategic Projects to join the Business Operations team and help scale our global operations. Reporting to the COO, you will turn complex challenges into practical systems across departments, leading internal AI initiatives, cross-functional projects, and enterprise-wide processes.

The role blends strategy, execution, and risk management, requiring hands-on startup or scale-up experience and a proven ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an engineering or business school, or an equivalent relevant program.
• At least 5 years of experience in structured and multidisciplinary environments (management/strategy consulting, M&A, investment banking, VC, or Chief of Staff).
• Hands-on startup or scale-up experience with comfort navigating changing priorities.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects end to end with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Turn Trustpair’s AI ambitions into secure, high‑value use cases adopted across teams.
• Lead strategic, cross‑functional projects end to end from problem framing to implementation.
• Own critical company‑wide processes, governance, risk management, and internal tools.
