Candriam is seeking an AI Technical Expert to join the Transformation and Innovation Team in Paris. You will drive AI initiatives, build scalable ML solutions, and align tech with business strategy while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with business units to identify high-value use cases, consume APIs, and contribute to the AI roadmap across the organization. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Proven experience as a Developer, AI Engineer, Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or Agentic AI specialist.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management and financial products.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain AI/machine learning solutions.
• Consume existing APIs and develop robust APIs and microservices supporting business applications.
• Work closely with business teams to identify high-value use cases and translate them into technical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Ensure that solutions respect security, data privacy, compliance requirements and Candriam Standards and Policies.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies (including generative AI) and assess their potential for business adoption.
• Actively contribute to Candriam’s AI Community of Practice and help foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-team collaboration.
