monday.com is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Forward Deployed Consultant) to join our Professional Services team in a hybrid role based in Paris. You will train, advise, and build AI-native solutions with customers, leading engagements that optimise AI transformations and ongoing managed services.

You will design workflows, map business processes, and collaborate with engineers for data integrations, while acting as project manager on standalone engagements and delivering value to clients

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects requiring hands-on build and system configuration in PM, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software.
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools with ability to leverage AI to streamline work productivity and build intelligent workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for monday.com customers, designing tailored solutions with agents and advanced platform capabilities.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, map desired outcomes, and drive adoption across the organization.
• Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within monday.com to solve complex business cases.
