monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant for the Paris Professional Services team to train, advise and consult with customers on optimizing the AI work platform during implementations and managed services. You will interact with customers and internal teams to ensure success while planning and managing projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, managed services, CSM or technical PM.
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build.
• Hands-on with Generative/Agentic AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Experience with CRM, service desk, and collaborative work management software.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills; able to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI transformation and implementation projects with tailored configurations and automation.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to drive adoption of monday.com.
• Design workflows and data structures within the platform; assist migrations and integrations.
• Leverage monday AI and external AI tools to accelerate solution design and logic.
• Act as a project manager for small to medium projects with plans on time and budget.
• Lead webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers on features.
• Advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap.
