monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our Professional Services team in a hybrid role based in Paris. You will lead AI transformation engagements, design tailored AI-native solutions using agents and workflows, and work with clients to optimize adoption of the monday AI work platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a forward deployed consultant or similar role.
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects.
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools and applying AI to workflows.
• Familiarity with production AI reliability, human review, and deterministic automation.
• Strong problem solving, systems design, and relational data structure understanding.
• Business process design to frame engagements around customer outcomes.
• Experience with integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier) and APIs (GraphQL).
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies across industries.
• Detail-oriented with robust project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and energetic.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for monday.com clients.
• Design and build tailored AI-native solutions including agents and workflows.
• Manage client discovery to define desired outcomes and ensure adoption across organizations.
• Design complex workflows and relational data structures within the platform.
• Leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate design.
• Act as project manager on standalone engagements and coordinate with deployment strategists.
• Run webinars, trainings, consultations, and demos to show business value.
• Produce documentation, walkthroughs, and artifacts enabling customers to operate and extend what’s built.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps.
• Contribute patterns and reusable assets to the shared library.
