Trustpair, a Paris-based AI-driven vendor validation platform, is hiring a Business Operations Manager for AI & Strategic Projects to join our global Operations team. Reporting to the COO, youll turn complex challenges into practical, scalable systems and concrete decisions.

You will own the internal AI roadmap (40%), lead cross-functional initiatives (40%), and strengthen company-wide processes (20%). A Mastere2s degree, 5+ years in rigorous environments, startup experience, strong Excel/BI

Qualifications

• Masters degree from engineering or business school.
• At least 5 years of experience in structured, multidisciplinary environments.
• Fluent English with strong communication and written skills.

• Deliver the internal AI roadmap and governance across teams.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from framing to implementation.
• Own critical company-wide processes including risk management, onboarding, and internal tools.
