Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Solutions Engineer for France who combines hands-on AI prototyping with strategic advisory. You will design PoCs using Talkdesk Autopilot and work with the sales team to tailor demonstrations to French and European enterprises.

You will map integrations with CRMs and telephony, address GDPR and data sovereignty, and communicate fluently in English with global product and engineering teams while engaging in French with customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of Solutions Engineering in AI/CCaaS.
Hands-on AI prototyping, prompt engineering, and system integration.
Experience communicating with C-level executives in French and English.
Strong understanding of GDPR/data sovereignty and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Hands-on AI prototyping and configuration of PoCs with Talkdesk Autopilot.
Advise on the French market and regional enterprise challenges.
Collaborate with sales to articulate business value and differentiation.
Design technical architecture mapping Talkdesk AI to customer ecosystems (CRM, SIP).
Support end-to-end sales lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale.
Present to C-level executives and guide strategic conversations.
