Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering (Pre-sales) in AI/SaaS/CCaaS.
• Hands-on AI configuration of chatbots/voicebots and PoCs.
• Experience with CRM and API integrations in enterprise settings.
• Fluent in French with professional English skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure live PoCs featuring Talkdesk Autopilot and AI Agents.
• Provide strategic French market advisory to customers.
• Differentiate Talkdesk in deals through business-driven expertise.
• Map integrations between Talkdesk AI suite and customer ecosystems.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle with pre-sales to post-sale.
• Present to C-level executives in French and English.
