Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Southern Europe to empower the French market and neighboring regions from our Paris office. You will bridge Sales, Product, and Customer Success with deep technical expertise on Aircall's platform, APIs, and AI-powered features.

You will design and run Proof of Concepts, map complex requirements to integrations, and deliver tailored demos. A customer-centric approach and strong French and English communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall's offerings, including product capabilities, virtual agents, APIs, and integrations. Lead Proof of Concepts to demonstrate Aircall’s value.
• Collaborate with prospects to uncover technical requirements and map Aircall integration with existing tools and workflows.
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Partners to influence deal direction and ensure successful implementations.
• Address client concerns and objections, co-owning the sales progression.
• Create and maintain internal/external documentation and share best practices.
