Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a Solutions Engineer for France who will design, prototype, and configure AI-powered customer experience solutions for French and European enterprises. You will be a hands-on practitioner, building live PoCs, defining guardrails, and mapping conversational flows using Talkdesk Autopilot and AI Agents.

You will collaborate with regional sales to drive business outcomes, map technical capabilities to value, and engage with global product and engineering teams in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineering (Pre-sales) experience in AI/CCaaS/SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring AI/NLP systems, LLM-based apps, or conversational AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on AI prototyping & configuration of live PoCs using Talkdesk Autopilot and AI Agents.
• Advise on strategic French market opportunities and map customers’ business challenges to AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with regional Sales to deliver business-centric, differentiated experiences and sell Talkdesk AI capabilities.
