Job summary

Neural Concept is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering credibility with strategic influence. You will drive the full pre-sales motion, from discovery to demo to signed SOW, while guiding the client lifecycle as the technical compass.

Fluency in French and English is required. You will engage with VP-level sponsors and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into concrete, scoped solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE fluency and AI awareness.
• Experience in client-facing roles or pre-sales is preferred.
• Proactive, commercially driven with ability to structure ambiguity.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a long-term strategic partner across engineering teams and VPs.
• Lead discovery sessions to frame use cases that are technically feasible and commercially grounded.
• Define AI strategy and technical roadmap for each account, mapping capabilities to a multi-horizon vision.
• Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations aligned with client workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work with a deep understanding of technical building blocks.
• Run Steering Committees to link engineering challenges with strategic outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users, managers, and designers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into well-scoped proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth transitions.
