Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer who bridges engineering credibility and strategic influence. You will connect VP-level challenges to AI-enabled solutions, demo the platform, and own pre-sales from discovery to SOW.

The role blends engineering insight with business impact, requiring CAD/CAE familiarity, Python skills, and fluency in French and English. You will lead discovery, build technical roadmaps, create client-specific demos, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and R&D.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or a similar field.
Solid understanding of CAD/CAE workflows and AI-augmented design.
Professional fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases.
Define account AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Develop client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in workflows.
Co-own the Statement of Work with knowledge of technical building blocks.
Coordinate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product and R&D to align on priorities.
Drive adoption and nurture engineering champions in client org.
