Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering credibility with strategic pre-sales influence. You will lead discovery, map client challenges to AI-enabled solutions, and guide opportunities from exploration to signed SOW, serving as the technical compass through the lifecycle.

The role combines engineering depth with commercial insight, requiring fluency in French and English and a background in CAD/CAE workflows. Hybrid work model and opportunities to shape roadmaps await.

Formación

Engineering degree required with strong CAD/CAE understanding.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Proactive, commercially oriented with client-facing experience.
Ability to translate engineering challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner across engineering teams and management.
Lead discovery sessions to frame feasible, commercially grounded use cases.
Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps for accounts.
Deliver client-tailored demos and co-author SOWs with clear technical blocks.
Run steering committees and drive adoption across technical users.
