Neural Concept is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering credibility and strategic influence, connecting VP-level business challenges to concrete AI solutions and aligning Neural Concept's platform and roadmap with client needs. This role drives the full pre-sales motion, from discovery to demo to signed Statement of Work, while remaining the account's technical compass through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

Engineering degree required with CAD/CAE workflow understanding.
Strong communication skills with clients and executives.
Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or engineering consulting.

Responsabilités

Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner across engineering teams and executives.
Lead discovery sessions to identify high-impact, technically feasible use cases.
Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps translating capabilities into business value.
Create and deliver client-focused demos and proposals aligned with the roadmap.
Co-own the Statement of Work and manage technical scoping for projects.
Prepare and run Steering Committees linking engineering challenges to outcomes.
Drive user adoption across technical users and champions.
Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into proposals.
Collaborate with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product and R&D.
