Aircall in Paris is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for Key Accounts to embed AI-enabled workflows with high-value customers. You’ll own technical roadmaps, lead cross-functional engagements, and expand use cases from initial deployments to platform-wide adoption.

This role blends Solutions Engineering, consulting, and product ownership, with a focus on strategic account impact and long-term value delivery for Aircall’s global clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or integration-focused services.
• Ability to own long-term customer relationships as the technical authority with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with low-code tools and CRM automation for complex deployments.
• Excellent communication from technical to business audiences and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own a sustained, embedded relationship with each account, acting as the technical authority on agentic AI.
• Partner with the KAM on a joint account plan and manage the technical expansion roadmap.
• Land initial high-impact use cases and expand them use-case by use-case across the account.
• Lead discovery sessions, map processes, and design solution architectures for deployments.
• Design, build, and deploy integrations using low-code platforms and API connectors.
• Configure the AI Agent and manage cross-functional deployments with Engineering and Product.
