You will collaborate closely with account teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and expand Synthesia’s footprint across workflows. Ideal candidates have over 2 years in a customer-facing role and excel in demos, discovery, and solution development. The position is remote, with a focus on building strong relationships and repeatable solutions that enhance enterprise technology experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience connecting customer needs to clear, high-value solutions.
• Strong discovery and demo skills with various stakeholders.

• Lead discovery and qualification processes to uncover business priorities.
