Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus Team in Paris seeks a Senior Solution Architect to collaborate with regional Sales, qualify leads, and define technical solutions that drive enterprise outcomes. You will lead end-to-end engagements from pre-sales to delivery, including architecture design workshops, demos, and RFI/RFP responses.

Internally, you will align with multiple product teams, translate customer needs into feature requests, and help shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of related work experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystem.
• Team player with ability to foster morale, set goals and drive results.
• Can-Do attitude, self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking and analytical skills with past project experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and create technical solutions.
• Build, replicate, and drive market adoption of industry-level solutions.
• Lead enterprise client engagements from pre-sales to delivery, including demos and architectures.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmaps and articulate feature requests.
• Provide expertise across cloud and ML products and contribute to PMF efforts.
• Work with product teams to close PMF gaps and roadmap iterations.
• Support post-sales solution delivery and drive upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.
