Job summary

BytePlus Team, part of ByteDance, is seeking a senior Solution Architect to partner with regional sales to qualify leads and craft technical solutions that deliver measurable client outcomes. You will lead enterprise engagements end-to-end, from demos and RFI/RFP to architecture design workshops and POC execution, while collaborating with product teams to influence the roadmap.

You will provide thought leadership on cloud and ML products, work closely with product to close PMF gaps, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of related work experience in cloud computing and related tech ecosystem.
• Team player with ability to foster positive morale and drive for success.
• Can-do attitude, self-starter, able to work independently and highly motivated.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment, strong problem solver and goal-driven.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills with past project examples.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads with regional Sales Teams and create technical solutions that drive business results.
• Build, replicate, and drive market adoption of enterprise solutions.
• Lead enterprise client engagement end-to-end, from pre-sales to delivery (demos, RFI/RFP, architecture design, POC).
• Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmaps for short- and long-term needs.
• Provide industry knowledge and thought leadership across multiple cloud and ML products.
• Support post-sale success and upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.
