Responsabilités

• Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated tasks and workflows.
• Turn client priorities into clear tasks and updates.
• Keep delegated work organized with actions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Communicate promptly with managers and clients, especially when time-sensitive.
• Move between English and French work for client-facing outputs.
• Own repeatable account workflows using AI and better workflows.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely feedback and accountability.
• Review outputs for quality before handover.
