ElevenLabs is seeking an enterprise sales leader to own the ElevenCreative motion across France, building pipeline and closing deals with enterprise creative and marketing teams. This green-field role requires defining playbooks, creating pipeline from scratch, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience with enterprise buyers in technology/SaaS/AI.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools or digital media landscape.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical buyers.
• Able to build pipeline from scratch in a new market/territory.
• Strong executive presence with VP/C-suite relationships.
• Native or professional French; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive ElevenCreative revenue in France.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases.
• Develop territory/account strategies including outbound, events, and pipeline building.
• Understand AI creative landscape and translate into measurable business value for buyers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success for onboarding and expansion.
• Represent ElevenLabs at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in your territory.
