H Company is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead the scale-up of our AI platform and engineering organization. You will partner with the CEO to shape the product direction, drive technology strategy, and ensure production-grade deployment of agentic AI solutions across multiple environments.

Based in Paris or London with travel to offices every few weeks, you will build high-performing teams and establish durable technical moats while aligning engineering with business goals and investor

Qualifications

• Experience as CTO/VP Eng in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure or developer platforms.
• Strong product intuition and ability to shape platform strategy.
• Experience engaging with investors, boards, and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a scalable technology strategy for an AI platform.
• Build and lead a world-class engineering organization.
• Collaborate with the CEO on product direction and fundraising outreach.
