H Company is looking for a VP Engineering to lead the growth of our agentic AI platform and build a world-class engineering organization across Europe. This role sits on the executive team and reports to the CEO, coordinating across Research, Product, and Go-To-Market to translate breakthrough AI capabilities into enterprise-ready solutions.

Location options include Paris or London, with travel between offices on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as CTO/VP Eng in a high-growth, venture-backed environment.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Ability to engage with frontier research while driving production excellence.

Responsabilités

• Architect and scale the AI platform and infrastructure (agents, orchestration, model integration).
• Translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into enterprise-ready products.
• Build and lead a high-caliber engineering organization; scale teams for growth.
• Partner with the CEO on product direction, investor communications, and long-term vision.
• Engage with investors, boards, and senior stakeholders to articulate roadmap and progress.
