UpSlide is seeking a senior operations leader in Paris to own IT, AI tooling, HRIS, and governance. You will structure, deploy, and drive adoption across the company, partnering with CEO, CTO, and Heads of business units.

You will lead AI platform selection, cross-team rollout, and ongoing optimisation. The role includes revamping HR systems, implementing governance, and achieving measurable savings while enabling career growth over 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• You have at least 7 years of experience in tech environments (SaaS, startups, scaleups).
• You have deployed AI at scale, with end-to-end cycle from needs analysis to deployment.
• You are fluent in APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code tools; you know HRIS or similar systems.
• You have led software stack rationalisation with governance across multi-team org.
• You can train and align non-technical teams in French and English; product mindset for deployment.

Responsabilités

• AI tooling rollout: lead selection and company-wide deployment; train teams and drive adoption.
• Systems & tooling projects: implement and optimise business tools, rebuild HR systems with People function.
• Software rationalisation: audit tools, establish governance, reduce overlaps and budget.
• Scope evolution: potential expansion into broader IT and operations with career growth.
