Shippeo is hiring a Solution Engineer in Paris for a hybrid role combining technical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration. You will bridge customers, product engineering, and customer success to accelerate issue resolution and prevent recurring problems across Shippeo’s global platform.

You’ll own complex integration challenges, build AI-driven workflows, and contribute to on-call incident response while guiding level-1 teams and customer success in operational best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a Technical Support L2, Integration Consultant, or Solution Engineering role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Autonomy and problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to deconstruct complex issues.
• Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Experience querying databases, analyzing platform logs, and debugging web integrations using APIs and tools like SQL, Postman, Elasticsearch, and DBeaver.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex tier-2 user issues requiring advanced knowledge of platform behavior, data flows, APIs, and SQL/database queries.
• Build and implement intelligent agents into workflows, using prompting and scripting to automate diagnostics and knowledge synthesis.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to drive permanent fixes and close product gaps.
• Engage technically with customers, manage incident communications, and conduct post-mortems for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead incident response during critical platform events and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.
