Shippeo, a leading European SaaS company for supply chain visibility, is seeking a Solution Engineer in Paris. You will bridge customers, product engineering, and customer success to accelerate issue resolution and reduce friction across our platform.

In a four-person team reporting to the Director of Solution Engineering, you will handle end-to-end technical challenges, build AI-driven workflows, and lead post-mortems.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in L2 tech support or solution engineering in SaaS.
• Autonomous with problem-solving and crisis communication abilities.
• Fluent English and French (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex tier-2 issues requiring deep knowledge of platform behavior, data flows, APIs, and DB queries.
• Build and implement intelligent agents into workflows to automate diagnostics and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to address root causes and push for architectural fixes.
• Serve as a trusted technical contact for the portfolio, manage incident channels and post-mortems.
• Lead response during critical platform incidents and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support.
• Update help centers, runbooks, and train Level-1 support and CS teams for greater autonomy.
