Job summary

Check Point Software in Paris is seeking a pre-sales engineer to partner with Accounts to identify prospects and drive technical discussions. You will present security solutions for cloud, network, IAM, SASE, and ZTNA, and help customers see how Check Point can protect their environments.

Responsibilities include responding to RFIs/RFPs, managing PoCs, and educating customers on new technologies, with active participation in cyber security events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering and pre-sales experience.
• Proven track record of successful wins in the market.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of typical customers networks.
• Ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE.
• Good understanding of Cloud environments, IT/OT, SD-WAN, IAM, SASE, ZTNA, WAF.
• Native or Fluent level in English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Accounts Team to identify prospects.
• Drive meetings with end customers to identify their problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Address technical questions, offer insight into best practices, and manage Proof-of-Concepts.
• Respond to RFI's & RFP's.
• Engage and educate customers on the latest security technologies.
• Active participation in cyber security events.
