Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior HROps Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations across Europe, with deep French payroll knowledge and strong compliance expertise. You will manage end-to-end payroll, data integrity, and onboarding/offboarding processes for multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with Finance and HR teams, leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Fluency in English and French is required, with experience across CDI/CDD contracts and GDPR

Qualifications

• HR operations experience across multiple European countries with payroll and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of French payroll, DSN submissions, URSSAF, and France-specific compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll administration for European countries in partnership with ADP Celergo and vendors.
• Manage French payroll inputs and validation, including DSN submissions and social contributions.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and audit readiness with documentation and reporting.
• Maintain employee data integrity in HRIS across Europe and ensure data flows align with global standards.
• Support benefits programmes and broker relationships across Europe.
• Lead operational compliance for European employment law, GDPR, and local obligations.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, including DPAE filings and contract types (CDI/CDD).
• Leverage AI tools to automate payroll, compliance, and lifecycle processes while preserving accuracy.
