MakiPeople is seeking a Customer Care intern to support our AI-powered HR platform in Paris. You will work with Solène, Roisin, and outsourced agents to deliver exceptional user experiences for recruiters and candidates.

You’ll handle empathetic problem-solving, help analyse interaction data with Excel, and craft helpful, brand-aligned Help Centre content. This role offers hybrid work and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for AI and HR tech.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proactive and innovative approach to challenges.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills for clear guidance and docs.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Fluency in French and/or English (native FR or EN or both).

Responsabilités

• Problem-solving with empathy for escalated tickets from outsourcing partners.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement using Excel.
• Create and refine Help Centre articles reflecting our tone of voice.
• Communicate daily with internal teams and external collaborators, including outsourcing provider.
• Contribute to building and deploying AI-driven customer support agents.
