Vocca invites you to join a growing AI healthcare startup in Paris as an internship focused on onboarding customers and scaling operations. You will coordinate onboarding, configure the solution, and track projects while actively improving internal processes for faster deployments.

You’ll communicate with customers and engineers, learn our product, and contribute to a structured onboarding program with measurable milestones in the first six months.

Qualifications

• Internship focusing on onboarding customers and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Ability to manage customer projects from scoping to follow-up and delivery.
• Improve internal processes and foster cross-team communication to speed deployments.

Responsabilités

• Customer Implementation & Project Management: onboard new customers, configure solutions, coordinate timelines, ensure high-quality experience.
• Internal Processes & Continuous Improvement: identify friction, design new processes, surface feedback to product roadmap.
