You will champion AI-augmented review workflows, tune AI classifiers, and establish human-in-the-loop protocols to catch malvertising and misleading claims at scale, guiding a skilled team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital ad quality or ad tech.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems and ad verification.
• Experience with AI tools for policy drafting and incident analysis.
• Proven cross-functional escalation management.
• Ability to audit AI classifications with human-in-the-loop.

Responsabilités

• Lead ad quality governance across display, native, video, and programmatic.
• Deploy and tune AI-powered ad scanning tools to detect violations.
• Own high-severity ad quality escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Translate policy standards into automated enforcement logic and dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks and design AI-assisted review workflows.
