Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-create production-ready solutions that address real customer needs.

The role spans configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment, with data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks. Fluency in French and English, plus travel around 25%, are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in customer-facing technical delivery (consulting, professional services)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex

Responsabilités

• Develop agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers
• Design prompts, reasoning, tool calls and integration with customer systems
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production
• Build and maintain data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health
• Contribute to PoCs and MVPs from sketch to deployable in days
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices
• Surface platform gaps and provide actionable feedback to product team
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into deployed solutions
