Salesforce is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can drive engineering excellence while operating at the executive level.

You will set the engineering standards and scale talent delivering production AI today. The Builder Lead will coordinate two specialist functions: Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership.
• Deep AI/LLM expertise and hands‑on enterprise software experience.
• Experience leading multi‑function teams in customer deployments.

Responsabilités

• Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing for enterprise scale.
• Lead AI‑augmented delivery with executive‑level collaboration.
• Set technical standards and unblock complex customer deployments.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Services, and Account Success.
