Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers — experienced Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You’ll work in a delivery team, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-grade solutions from day one.

You have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery, a CS degree, and customer-facing delivery experience. You’ll need Python/JS/Java/Apex skills, LLM prompt expertise, and a willingness to travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Production system you can discuss with pride.
• Experience with an AI tech stack or frontier models preferred.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong data modeling, API and integration patterns.
• Able to converse with sales teams and customer architects.
• Willing to travel ~25%.

Responsabilités

• Develop AI agents and experiences for production deployments.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integration.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to production.
• Build data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks; model data and validate outputs.
• Create agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs.
• Collaborate with customers and partners; transfer knowledge to teams.
• Identify platform gaps and provide field insights to engineers and product team.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate client challenges into agentic solutions.
