Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Leader to manage and grow a team of AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions within complex customer environments. This role blends hands‑on leadership with technical stewardship, guiding two specialist functions and partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

You will drive talent development, uphold engineering excellence, and anchor executive‑level relationships to accelerate adoption and value delivery of Agentforce at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership steering cross‑functional engineering or technical teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration and AI deployments.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce platform helpful.

Responsabilités

• Scale Elite Talent: recruit, mentor, and develop next wave of Technical and Strategic Builders.
• Maintain Operational Velocity: monitor delivery metrics and coach teams to deploy in weeks, not months.
• Technical Strategy & Authority: be the final technical escalation point for the portfolio and guide enterprise implementations.
• Drive Agentic Adoption: build executive relationships and drive activation, rollout and value delivery.
