Tissium is seeking a hands-on digital & AI leader to own strategy and execution across R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions. You will build, ship, and scale AI-powered tools and automations, with direct access to leadership and a budget to bring in experts.

In this founding role, you will shape the roadmap for automation, drive GenAI adoption, and mentor non-technical teams while navigating GMP‑like environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on engineering, AI, automation, or digital/operational roles.
• Track record of building and deploying solutions actually used by teams.
• Has owned the full lifecycle: identifying opportunity, making the case, building, shipping and driving adoption.

Responsabilités

• Build & ship automations, integrations, and internal tools; deliver MVPs used by R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
• Drive adoption by engaging stakeholders and coaching teams to use AI tools; embed a technology-first reflex.
• Define the roadmap for increased automation and advanced initiatives such as programmable polymer behavior simulation.
