Implicity, a digital MedTech, seeks a Senior Product Manager AI & Internal Tooling to own the internal software ecosystem. You’ll drive internal tools, AI agents, and automation to boost team efficiency and patient care.

You’ll work with AI-native teams and collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Data to deliver measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience.
• Experience with internal tools, developer experience, or operational platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with HealthTech/MedTech or regulated industries is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Own the Back Office Revamp and define the product vision.
• Define and ship AI-powered internal tools and workflows.
• Scale automation through N8N platform strategy.
• Champion employee augmentation with AI-tools adoption across teams.
• Run discovery and translate needs into a prioritized internal product roadmap.
