ROYAL CANIN seeks an AI & Automation Lead to scale internal AI initiatives and automation across Salesforce, scripting and AI tools. The role focuses on turning ideas into measurable improvements, not just experiments.

You will shape standards, build reusable assets and drive value tracking with cross-functional teams. The position requires hands-on automation expertise, strong communication, and a pragmatic, improvement-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years in test automation, process/RPA automation or a related quality/engineering role.
• Hands-on with test automation tooling and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of generative AI and agentic tools and interest in applying them to productivity.
• Familiarity with low-code automation/RPA platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document, test and hand over automations.

Responsabilités

• Support business cases to enhance customer experience and track value.
• Identify automation opportunities across testing, release management, reporting, and tasks.
• Design, build and maintain automated test suites to increase coverage.
• Automate repetitive internal processes via scripting and low-code tools.
• Pilot generative-AI and agentic tools to accelerate documentation, code generation and knowledge search.
• Package automations as reusable assets and track adoption and value.
• Share learnings and enable the team through trainings and demos.
