ROYAL CANIN in France seeks an AI & Automation Lead to scale automation across internal workflows and future customer-use cases. You will identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver automated tests, process automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies with strong governance.

You will collaborate with PMO, product owners, and the factory, work hands-on with Salesforce, scripting, and AI tools, and help shape standards and reusable assets that amplify productivity across streams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in test automation, RPA automation, or related QA/engineering in SaaS.
• Hands-on with test automation tooling and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with generative AI and agentic tools and practical applications.
• Experience with low-code automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and agile delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify automation and AI opportunities, build business cases with effort saved and risk reduced.
• Design, implement and maintain automated test suites to increase coverage.
• Automate repetitive internal processes using scripting and low-code tools.
• Pilot generative AI to accelerate documentation and knowledge search within guardrails.
• Deliver reusable assets and metrics tracking for value realization.
