Danone is seeking a Finance AI & Automation Manager to lead AI-enabled finance initiatives across teams. You will partner with Finance AI Champions, IT, Data Scientists and Microsoft to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, optimize processes and measure impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on experimentation, architecture input, and continuous learning while driving adoption of AI capabilities within Finance.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Finance, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
Experience with AI or analytics solutions such as Copilot, Agents, Power Platform, Databricks.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and work with technical teams.

Responsabilités

Assess, structure and mature AI and automation opportunities with Finance teams.
Design, test and validate AI-powered solutions including copilots and automation workflows.
Conduct tests within dedicated squads and IT D&A Teams for practicality and user centricity.
Develop technical expertise and contribute to architecture discussions.
Translate Finance requirements into technical specifications and AI solution needs.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, IT D&A, and Microsoft teams.
Explore emerging AI technologies and run Proofs of Concept to create value.
Support adoption initiatives and track KPIs for impact on productivity.
