Chariot is seeking a highly motivated engineer to write code and build AI agents, shaping internal tools from conception to production. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into automated workflows, delivering robust, scalable solutions across GTM, Ops, and Compliance teams.

You will thrive if you enjoy shipping v1 today and iterating tomorrow, with ownership mindset and a willingness to be based in NYC or relocate for an in-person role with some WFH Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering, growth product management, or technical RevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with agent-based workflows and modern AI tooling (OpenClaw, Claude Managed Agents, Claude Code).
• Ability to design scalable architectures like Thin Harness and Fat Skills.

Responsabilités

• Write code, build AI agents, and assemble internal systems from v1 to v100.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into automated workflows.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures using Python, JS, and SQL.
