Chariot is hiring in NYC for a role combining engineering, growth product management, and RevOps to design and build AI-powered internal workflows. You will write code, assemble agent-based systems, and work with senior leadership to ship v1 products and iterate rapidly.

We value ownership, simplicity, and shipping tangible solutions that scale philanthropy online. This is an on-site role with occasional remote flexibility and a fast-moving, impact-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering, Growth PM, or RevOps.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL and APIs.
• Understanding of the sales funnel and data business logic.
• Ability to ship v1 and iterate quickly.
• Ownership attitude and strong collaboration.
• Willing to work in NYC in-person (with WFH Fridays).
